Project: Design Development of Hardware & Software For CNC Machine

The project is about designing the hardware and software for the functionality of the existing CNC machine. As PDP11 computer was used to control CNC machine and legacy software was used for the functionality, the system maintenance was very inflexible and had many practical limitations. In the process a PC replaced PDP11 computer with a general-purpose multifunctionary PCI I/O card, which controls the CNC machine. An Electronic circuitry was designed to synchronize the PCI functionality with CNC system that had SMPS, Heidenhain scale, Servo Amplifiers, & Linear optical encoders. Further software was designed & developed for user interaction, control and co-ordination with this system. This solution not just overcame the limitations but the accuracy and performance were enhanced to the considerable extent upgrading the system to latest technology.
Project: ERP Consultation

As an ERP functional consultation obtained the overview of the organizations structure of the individual business area based on business functionality describing the business functions that has to be implemented in the software with the existing application systems and how they are related. With the system analysis of the functional model of the industry, understood the domain and recognized the scope for the implementation. The modules involved like procurement management, process production, financial accounting and logistics. Based on these factors and client vision the product was identified for implementation.
Project: Micro controller Based Climatic Controller
Tools: Atmel Developer Kit, Atmel Mega32
The Micro controller accepts analog voltage from different RTD & other Temperature sensors and a process related algorithm would be running on the machine. Which will control the total operation i.e. depending upon the requirement the motors will be switching on/off using digital I/O function. The process can be controlled from keyboard and data can be continuously displayed on LC monitor and the system will have the UART interface capable of sending data to RS 232 protocol and a user software running on PC can be used to log the data and the PC's can be networked.
Project: GEN 5 ADVANCED MONITORING DESKTOP APPLICATION

The project is about developing software for measuring and analyzing signals. The Gen V TVSS Monitor capable of functioning as a web application, providing all measured and recorded data through the user's server or via standalone dial-up connection and is able to monitor the signals. The Monitor supports a user control panel, which is capable of operating away from the monitor main board and also capable of providing a visual display of various signal conditions, via synchronous serial data cable link. The Monitor provides communication through RS-232 port for connection to a local computer or other instrument, for data transfer and diagnostic purposes.
Project: MIDAS Mine Profiler: (Monitoring interaction diagnostic analysis system)

As the Icon moves about the screen, there will be a trail where the truck has been. The color of the trail will change with the slope, speed, power or torque that the truck has traversed. The trails will be color coded in the following way:

Remote diagnostics allows remote troubleshooting by local maintenance personnel as well as factory specialists. Remote Diagnostics focuses on reducing downtime.
Visual Message Annunciation System
SanMAS (the product name for the system) provides instant visual feedback of key floor activities for manufacturing/ process industries with display warnings, alerts, status and other information to employees on the line, supervisors, support staff or concerned higher authorities. The counter display allows the user to measure the linked components of the shop floor activities like Production Planning, Maintenance, Quality and related activity to the attention required by the personnel immediately or in the near future. SanMAS supports periodic, preventive, corrective, emergency, fleet, and shutdown maintenance.
Project: MMI terminal for process automation.

system which checks for the weight of the diamonds and stones against
the work order and helps the operator to pack the set for stones against
the order. The terminal is connected to a digital weighing balance and
barcode / label printer. These three devices form a single unit on a workbench.
These units are with LAN connectivity to software, which resides on the
server. This software application controls all the activities.
